Question: Where can I find recipes to satisfy both a meat lover and a vegetarian?
I am a vegetarian and boyfriend is a meat lover. I’m tired of cooking double meals just to feed the two of us. I want to find a website that has recipes that would be appetizing with no meat that he would like, as well as some recipes that could be cooked meatless.

Visit foodnetwork.com and look at Rachel Ray’s receipes. She is a wonderful cook and has a lot of vegetarian friendly meals. Remember you can always substitute meat for mushrooms.

Question: what kind of ethnic cooking is the hardest to find all the right ingredients?
Oriental cooking, Middle Eastern/South Asian cooking, Meditteranean, European, or hispanic cooking.
If you ask what I think. Oriental would have to be the hardest, since they have so many unique vegetables, and use lots of fermented flavorings.

Question: Does anyone know where I can find the Great American Recipes carrot cake recipe?
I subscribed to the Great Amerian Recipes club back in the mid-90s and used the carrot cake recipe about four times a year. I have now lost this card and the recipes I have tried recently don’t measure up. This recipe started with corn oil and sugar and included a recipe for cream cheese icing.

Question: Why do people post recipes on here they find online?
I’m tired of asking for recipes and getting something from another site. If I ask for a good Spicy Honey-BBQ sauce, or a orange braised chicken recipe I’ll look online first, and then come here if I can’t find what I want, or want a more personal recipe.
