Question: Is cooking eggs in a microwave a safe alternative to pan cooking them?
My roomate and I were talking about cooking eggs and I mentioned that though I like eggs I just so often don’t want to take the time to cook them. He said it was funny I should mention that because he used to say the same thing but then a friend showed him that an alternative is to put them in a container, mic them for two minutes, add whatever you like, and cook for another 3. Is this safe? If so I’ll go buy some eggs this week!

Question: How does cooking custard for homemade ice cream compare to using raw eggs?

Answer by Daisy G
Making it a custard will make the ice cream creamier and a smoother taste. Using raw eggs will just add to the richness.
